Tax returns, planning, and bookkeeping, coordinated for you
We bring tax preparation, year-round planning, and bookkeeping together so each service uses the same financial information. If you also use investment advisory services through Archer, David can coordinate your tax planning with your investments.
Free consultationWe import, review, and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit-card accounts, and prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements. We work with QuickBooks Online and Desktop alongside our own software, and coordinate payroll information with your accounting and tax filings.
We review your business entities, investments, payroll, and anticipated income and expenses. As your circumstances or tax rules change, we revisit estimates, retirement contributions, Roth conversions, charitable gifts, and investment gains and losses. When you use our coordinated services, tax planning can draw on information from both your tax and investment accounts.
Tax-exempt organizations generally have ongoing filing and recordkeeping obligations. We prepare Forms 990 and 990-T, maintain nonprofit books and financial statements, assist with 501(c)(3) applications, and train boards to read their financial statements. Our audit and assurance practice also provides reviews and audits when those services are needed.
